SSR provides a comprehensive asset management service in which our team of consultants perform an inventory of existing furniture, fixtures, AND equipment (FF&E) to support clients with:
- Existing Inventory Audit Showing Conditions, Quantities, and Locations
- Applying New Bar Codes on Inventory for Management and Tracking
- Suggested Replacement Cost Reports
The physical count is taken by staff members familiar with the equipment, its function, and the ability to recognize quickly and accurately the condition, accessories required, and usable life of the equipment. All information is provided through Equipment Solution Planning (ESP), a cloud-based software that provides real-time equipment data and information to clients.
