Clay Seckman is executive vice president and leads the healthcare and higher education engineering and facility consulting practice in the Nashville, Sarasota and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., offices.
Seckman joined the firm in 1979 and served as principal and manager of the Houston office from 1984 to 1996, prior to his current role. His technical background is mechanical engineering for hospital and healthcare related facilities, including system design, master plan studies, facility evaluations and overall project management. In addition to oversight of engineering system design services, Seckman also leads the communications design group and the facility consulting group, which provides services in the area of regulatory compliance, operations and overall facility management. He is a registered professional engineer in seven states. Seckman earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
