Denver – SSR has hired Andrew Hayes and Michelle Lorentzen as electrical designers/electrical engineers-in-training in the firm’s Denver office.
Hayes and Lorentzen are responsible for designing a variety of lighting, emergency power and power distribution systems. Hayes specializes in the design of these systems for education, science and technology facilities and Lorentzen focuses on designing for health care facilities.
Before joining SSR, Hayes worked as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Taos, N.M. and Tulsa, Okla.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a member of the Architectural Engineering Institute and the Associated General Contractors of America.
Previously, Lorentzen worked for The Louis Hoffmann Company in Milwaukee as a project manager intern.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
