Amy Balderrama recently made the move as assistant project manager to the Nashville office of SSRCx, the commissioning subsidiary of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc.

Balderrama previously worked in the firm’s Phoenix office and is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) and Operations + Maintenance (O+M).

Balderrama works with affiliate design and construction teams to manage the LEED certification process and research related sustainability strategies and approaches.
