NASHVILLE, Tenn. – SSR recently hired Jon Hanson as a senior client manager in its Nashville office.

In his new position, Hanson will oversee business development for SSR's facilities consulting and regulatory compliance services. SSR assists healthcare facilities in complying with the requirements of regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission, DNV NIAHO℠, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Hanson has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry and more than 15 in safety engineering. Prior to joining SSR, he was a facility administrator / CEO for DaVita, Inc in Lone Tree, Colo.

Hanson received an associate’s in applied science degree in occupational safety and health from Trinidad University and is currently working to complete a bachelors in health care studies and a MBA in healthcare administration from Ashford University. Hanson is also a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional.
