Congratulations to SSR’s John Modzelewski and Christopher Sweat for being elected as president and secretary respectively, of the West Tennessee Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
 
Modzelewski previousely served as vice president of the West Tennessee Branch of the ASCE and in 2006 he received the ASCE Tennessee Section award for “Government Engineer of the Year.”
