FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - SSR, an engineering design and facility consulting firm, recently announced that Pedro Quinones, IV and Michael Steward have received their professional engineer licensure in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. 

A team member since 2006, Quinones is a mechanical engineer who is responsible for the design of health care, institutional and commercial projects. Quinones received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and is also a LEED® accredited professional. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Steward, who joined SSR in 2003, is a project manager and electrical engineer with a focus in health care, institutional and industrial design. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
