MEMPHIS, Tenn. – SSR, an engineering design and facility consulting firm with 12 offices across the United States, confirmed a Nov. 14 date for the move of its SSR Ellers office to the Thousand Oaks Business Center located at 2650 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Suite 3200 in Memphis, Tenn. 

  “Our new office space will allow employees to communicate more efficiently due to its open floor plan and collaborative work space,” said Ralph Richardson, president of SSR Ellers. “As our firm continues to grow, our new space has the ability to grow with us to enable us to better serve our clients.”

SSR Ellers has been located in Clark Tower, a building the firm designed, since October of 1994. Originally, it occupied the entire 16th floor but due to company growth, its operations were expanded into a portion of the 6th floor.
The new Thousand Oaks location will feature more than 26,000 sq. ft. of office space for a lease term of 10 years. Notable features include common areas for teams to meet and collaborate, an expanded training area as well as an updated conferencing space.

The Memphis office will continue to provide a wide array of engineering design and facility consulting services including structural, civil, mechanical, process and automation, plumbing, fire protection, storm-water, waste-water, telecommunications, environmental, electrical, construction management, transportation and traffic design.
