HOUSTON – SSR has hired David Wise as a project manager and communications consultant, and Dolores Langford as an electrical designer for the firm’s Houston office.
As communications consultant, Wise will specialize in structured cabling systems, low voltage communications and data network design.
Prior to joining SSR, Wise served as a consultant with Houston-based Ross & Baruzzini, Inc., where he was project manager for Dallas/Ft. Worth and Phoenix Sky Harbor International airports. He conducted job-site inspections with contractors, managed onsite staff and gained experience as a network manager.
Wise earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Houston.
Langford is responsible for performing lighting, power and energy code calculations for health facilities and producing design development and construction documents for electrical systems within the context of fixed engineering budgets and schedules.
Prior to joining SSR, Langford served as an electrical designer with Houston-based Wylie & Associates, Inc., where she performed field surveys and worked with building engineers and architects to design lighting, power and electrical systems.
Langford also has experience as a mechanical, electrical and plumbing CAD technician.
