NASHVILLE, Tenn. – SSR has hired Betsy Crow as director of human resources.  She is responsible for human resource leadership and strategic direction for all SSR offices.

Crow has 10 years experience in human resources and organizational development.  Prior to joining SSR, she specialized in leadership training and growth in the healthcare and finance industries.

Crow earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and a master’s in industrial/organization psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.  She is expected to receive her juris doctorate from Nashville School of Law in May 2007.

A national and chapter member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Crow received the designation of senior professional in human resources in 2005.  She is currently a student member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
