HOUSTON – SSR, an engineering design and facility consulting firm, recently hired Emigdio Hinojosa, Jr. as a senior plumbing designer in its Houston office. 
         Hinojosa is responsible for the design of plumbing and fire protection. Prior to joining SSR, he worked for CHPA Consulting Engineers, Inc.
         Hinojosa currently serves as president of the Houston chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
