SSR Promotes Carl Crow and Jeremy Jones to VP in Houston

SSR has promoted Carl Crow and Jeremy Jones to vice president in the firm’s Houston office.

As vice president, Crow is responsible for the management and direction of the education, science and technology design team. His primary area of expertise is plumbing/fire protection design and project management for labs, universities, data centers, healthcare facilities and industrial buildings.

Crow has 28 years of experience and is affiliated with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and the Association of Energy Engineers. A registered professional engineer in 11 states, including Texas, Oklahoma and Wisconsin, he was previously an SSR team leader. Crow received a bachelor’s degree in both architectural engineering and mathematics from the University of Texas, Austin.

Jones is in charge of the management of a multi-disciplined engineering design team. His primary areas of expertise include project management, healthcare master planning, central plant design and client relations and quality control.

Jones holds PE and LEED AP designations, and was previously project manager and mechanical engineer for SSR. He is affiliated with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, the American Society of Healthcare Engineers and is also a board member of the Houston Area Hospital Engineers. Jones received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Texas A&M University.
