SSRCx has hired Amy Balderrama as a LEED project manager in the firm’s Phoenix office.

Balderrama will work with affiliate design and construction teams to manage the LEED facilitation process and research related sustainability issues. Prior to joining SSRCx, Balderrama served as service manager for Optima Inc. She also served as a project coordinator for Green Building Inc. where she managed commercial projects attempting LEED certification.

Currently, Balderrama is a member of the Arizona Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council where she is actively involved in its LEED for Schools committee. She is also a LEED accredited professional and certified document technologist.
