Denver Office Expands with Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager


Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Dan Grant, PE, has joined the firm as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager in the Denver office.

Grant is an experienced Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in a variety of markets including healthcare, industrial, aviation, transportation, and oil and gas. In addition to his design experience, Grant has been responsible for project management and business development efforts.

“We are extremely fortunate to have Dan join our Denver office,” said Jeff Mandrell, Senior Project Manager and Principal. “With his diverse project portfolio and long standing relationships in the Rocky Mountain region, I am confident that Dan will quickly become a trusted partner for all of our clients and colleagues.”

Grant is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Arts in English, and a Master of Education in College Education. He also has education in Industrial Engineering from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Grant is a professional engineer registered in 22 states, including Colorado, holds secret-level security clearance, and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Colorado (PEC) and the Illumination Engineering Society of North America (IES).
