Horizontal Program Expands with Civil Engineer

Falls adds structural and transportation experience to firm

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a Nashville based engineering design and facilities consulting firm, has hired Morgan Falls, PE, LEED AP to work in the firm’s expanding Horizontal Program.

Patrick Smith, Principal for the Horizontal Program stated, “Morgan’s experience in both structural and transportation engineering provides a skill set that allows us expand in both areas.”

Falls joins SSR as a Civil Engineer in the firm’s Memphis office with six years of experience with regional DOTs, ADA requirements, and erosion prevention and sediment control measures. Primarily responsible for design of transportation and structural projects, he also ensured that projects stayed and were completed on time and within budget.

Falls earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineer, Tau Beta Pi, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
