SSR Hires Training and Development Manager


Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects has hire Blake Mohler as a Training and Development Manager. This newly created position for the firm, based in Nashville, TN, will support firm-wide initiatives and efforts to strengthen overall training and development in the organization.

Mohler brings a strong reputation for developing effective training and processes with a unique perspective. He spent the past two and a half years as a Technical Training Manager for a cellular phone repair company. In his role there, Mohler was responsible for building a training department to support 600 individuals, developing in-person training classes and e-learning videos, and overseeing the companies learning management system (LMS). At SSR, he will be involved in the development and implementation of our new LMS, he will oversee new courses for employee development, and will participate in career coaching and counseling.

Mohler graduated from the Honors College at Ball State University in Muncie, IN, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
