SSR’s MEPT Services Continue to Expand: Two new hires grow Texas offices


Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects announces that Lonnie Leger, PMP, and William Ryan Young, EIT, have joined the firm. Leger is a Senior Construction Administrator in the Dallas, TX office, while Young is a Technology Consultant in Houston, TX.

“Lonnie brings a long list of project experience and construction related knowledge to our firm,” said Justin Davis, SSR Principal. “His contribution is necessary for our growth going forward.”

Leger has spent his entire career in the construction industry, most recently serving as a construction administrator/project manager for another consulting firm in Dallas. He was responsible for all construction administrative services including but not limited to reviewing MEP submittal data, conducting on-site observations, and the QA/QC process.

Leger earned his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Industrial Heating/Ventilating & Air Conditioning from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

Young is a recent graduate from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Sciences. Young received a Top Academic Excellence Award and was a member of Pi Mu Epsilon Honorary Mathematical Fraternity.
