SSR’s Sustainable Practice Expands in Nashville

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects announces that Andy Brophy has joined the Nashville office where he will serve as a Building Performance Technician.

“Andy brings a strong background in building performance and client satisfaction to our sustainability consulting group,” said Eric Sheffer, SSR Principal over Sustainable Consulting services lines. “We are excited for him to join our team and broaden the depth of services to our clients.”

Brophy joins SSR after recently serving as a Sustainability Analyst for sustainable consulting firm.  He was responsible for providing LEED® project administration and consulting, energy modeling, commissioning, and project management services for the real estate market.

Brophy earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is currently pursuing his PE, is a LEED AP O+M, and active in ASHRAE.
