Structural Engineer Expands SSR’s Horizontal Program

Hollander brings experience in commercial, industrial, and water/wasterwater structures

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) a leader among engineering firms in designing and consulting firm, has hired Brian Hollander, PE, to work in the firm’s expanding Horizontal Program.

“Brian’s experience in construction and specialty foundations is a strong addition to our middle Tennessee structural  group,” said Patrick Smith, Principal for the Horizontal Program at SSR.  Hollander joins SSR as a Structural Engineer with 12 years of experience in the design of industrial, commercial, and water/wastewater structures.  His addition to SSR’s will strengthen structural group’s water/wastewater expertise, especially in the areas of micro piles and soil nail systems.

Hollander is a registered professional engineer in the states of Tennessee and Texas and a member of the Tennessee Structural Engineering Association.  He earned a degree in civil and environmental engineer as well as his Masters in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
