Much of SSR’s work with Cleveland Clinic Florida has supported the continued evolution of its campuses through strategic reinvestment, systems modernization, and facility enhancements that elevate performance, reliability, and patient experience. • Peer Review and Enhancement of MEP Standards: SSR performed a detailed peer review of Cleveland Clinic’s MEP standards, helping refine system guidelines, improve consistency across campuses, and support long-term performance objectives. This effort strengthened alignment between Cleveland Clinic’s operational goals and the engineering strategies applied throughout its facilities. 
• Technology and Low-Voltage Systems Design: We have supported Cleveland Clinic’s Florida facilities with comprehensive technology design, including IT infrastructure, communications systems, and coordination of low-voltage platforms to ensure campus-wide connectivity and integration. 
• Commissioning and Systems Validation: Across multiple Florida campuses, SSR has provided commissioning services to verify system performance, improve reliability, and confirm that new and renovated infrastructure meets the system’s requirements for clinical environments. 
• Medical Equipment Planning Services: Working on the West Palm Beach East Tower buildout, our team is supporting the project from the earliest stages of programming through construction administration, developing preliminary equipment lists, budgets, and detailed room-by-room requirements that align with clinical needs and architectural intent. We are collaborating closely with user groups, design partners, and vendors to coordinate the full spectrum of Group 1, 2, and 3 equipment—ensuring seamless integration into each facility’s operational model. Our deliverables include Revit-based equipment layouts, milestone budget updates, procurement support, shop-drawing review, and on-site coordination.
