Gulch Crossing is a mixed use facility located in a thriving urban area of Nashville. The project makes smart use of its urban site, locating a five-level parking garage underneath the building. This eight-story building consists of office space, retail, and potential restaurants. Building access is provided through elevator lobbies in the parking garage, as well as street-level main entrances for pedestrians. The facility is designed to promote living, working, shopping, and dining within a single walkable community. Neighboring mixed use projects will support this goal.
