John Hunt Expands SSR’s Offerings in Florida

(SSR) is pleased to announce that John Hunt has joined the firm as a Building Enclosure Regional Manager in the firm’s Tampa office. With 25 years leading building enclosure-related projects, John will be a local resource to enhance the quality of services SSR offers to Tampa and the surrounding region.

“I’m excited about the leadership John brings to our growth efforts,” said Greg Isaacs, PE, CxA+BE, BECxP, Principal and Building Enclosure Service Line Director. “His proactive focus on our Florida based clients and operations will provide immediate value to the team.”

Throughout his career, John has provided technical excellence and responsive customer service to his clients. He is an experienced project manager and forensic investigator with a track record of attention to detail, collaboration, and professionalism. His background in educational, commercial, and historical restoration projects will complement the firm’s business development efforts and project workload in the Florida area.

With the addition of John, SSR adds Building Enclosure services to the MEP, technology, commissioning, and building optimization + sustainability services already in place in Tampa and Sarasota.

John brings 25 years of industry experience, including decades of project management and operational responsibilities. He has extensive knowledge of building forensic enclosures, water proofing, and training for new and existing construction. John is knowledgeable in with all professional standards and the IIBEC Manual of Practice. He is active in the industry as a member of multiple professional organizations, including IIBEC.
