Jeff Tolnar has been appointed to the SSR Board of Directors as an independent director. His experience with Fortune 100 companies and multiple acquisitions will be an asset to SSR, in addition to the knowledge and experience he will bring to the firm. Tolnar will serve as the Enterprise Risk Committee chair and assist other committees.
