Alicia Dauw Joins Firm as Industrial Operations Director

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Alicia Dauw, PE, has joined the firm as a Principal and Operations Director for the firm’s industrial market. She will be focused on guiding our strategic growth and successful project execution for our industrial clients across the country. Additionally, Alicia will focus on the development and growth of our colleagues.

Throughout her 16-year career, Alicia has provided technical excellence and responsive customer service to a wide range of industrial clients. She is an experienced project manager that strives to deliver exceptional client experiences while building long-term relationships. Her background will complement the firm’s growth efforts and project workload in the industrial market.

Alicia graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and received her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University. She is a registered professional engineer in Tennessee, Illinois, and New Jersey.
