Hannah Mey Joins SSR as Technology Principal
Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Hannah Mey, RN, has joined the firm as a Principal. She will focus on developing relationships and opportunities with new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and leading technology design projects for healthcare clients.
Hannah brings a decade of experience in the healthcare field. With her diverse background as both a practicing nurse and clinical software professional, Hannah will bring value to SSR’s clients as a liaison between the clinical community, the design and construction community, and the IT/engineering community to interpret and optimize the clinical workflow and operations with technology integration and implementation.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have Hannah Mey join our technology practice at SSR,” said Geoffrey King, CSI CDT. “Her background in nursing coupled with her passion around emerging technologies will add tremendous depth to our team and be a resource for our clients.”
“I have always had positive experiences when collaborating with SRR,” said Mey. “I respect their thoughtful design in the healthcare environment which promotes staff and patient safety, better patient engagement, and the overall patient experience. Collectively this improves overall healthcare and patient outcomes which is very near and dear to my heart as a nurse. As a member of this team, I will be able to advocate for clinicians and patients while contributing to the design of healthcare’s evolution.”
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College.
