Karley Fant Rejoins Firm as Business Development Director in Florida

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Karley Fant has rejoined the firm as a Business Development Director in the Tampa office. She will be responsible for strategically pursuing new clients and growing healthcare market share with existing clients for all SSR’s service lines in Florida as well as strategic growth geographies across the southeast.

“I’m beyond excited to welcome Karley back to SSR,” said Hank Nirider, Principal. “I have worked closely with her for many years, and this is the perfect time for her energy and vision to contribute to our continued growth and success in Florida.” 

Karley brings nearly a decade of business development experience in the engineering and architecture industry, with deep relationships in the healthcare market. As Business Development Director, Karley will help maintain and expand market presence for SSR through coordinating consistent connection with market contacts and key client relationships. She will also work with all SSR service lines in the development and implementation of business development and growth strategies and goals in the Florida market.

Karley graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Master of Business Administration and from the University of Alabama Birmingham with a degree in business marketing. She is an active member of Women in Healthcare, currently serving as their national President Elect. Karley is also active in Association Medical Facilities Planning (AMFP), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
