She will provide client and project leadership for existing institutional initiatives.

“We are extremely excited to have Susan join SSR as a Principal and Client Manager,” stated Kevin Wolfford, Senior Principal. “With over two decades of leading the technical design and execution of projects for large healthcare, institutional, and corporate clients, Susan’s depth of experience is at the top in the industry. Her experience as a key member of the leadership team for one of Houston’s largest medical institutions, combined with her vast experience as a technical design consultant and program manager, will prove to be an invaluable asset for SSR and our clients.”

“After many years serving as an owner’s representative, I’m very excited about returning to my roots in consulting engineering,” stated Kramer. “I look forward to being part of SSR’s dynamic and innovative team, working alongside owners, architects, and contractors to identify critical success factors and continue bringing their vision to a built reality.”

Throughout her career, Kramer has proven herself as a leader for large, complex projects. In previous roles, she has led the design team for numerous billion-dollar transformative projects in the greater Houston area. Kramer earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
